I snorted a crushed-up cheese ball. Didn't get money but I got like half of the container. And it was enormous.

Thanks! At the time of the post, I had actually just finished my first day. The company I'm working for is pretty similar to Northrop Grumman, Lockheed, etc. As things rolled out it appears that I'll be working with on one overarching project this summer, with side stuff popping up here and there. It's something that the company will actually use and deploy, not a side project. Looking forward to seeing where it goes!

Sound advice in your tl;dr, but I'm interning with a fairly large company (defense contractor) this summer and had concerns along this line, like if corporate politics or the supposed robustness of the internship program would preclude this.

I can't listen to my own library while studying so I generally listen to a music stream. Liquid Drums n Bass on www.di.fm is pretty good, it's got a fast driving beat to keep you focused but there's not much extraneous noise or melody.

Yes, there is. Included with the rent, I'll transfer my parking pass to you that lets you park anywhere for free. There are also spots nearby that don't require a permit after 4:00 Monday to Friday or on weekends, so you can have friends come visit and park then.
