Thank you, that helps a lot. One thing that I dont think it calculates, is the tax deductions you get from paying a mortgage.

Rent would be in about $1600 - 1700
Let us assume that it will stay the same
Property taxes are about $6k per year -I was told the mortgage (including insurance but not taxes) with me putting down 20% will be about $1250
The entire move in cost (including down payment, lawyer fees, commission, etc... ) will be about $82K
All piping/AC/heating was recently replaced, so hopefully wont be that muh

I guess: The house is not a real big one. There is a big chance that in lets say 5 - 8 years, I would have to move to a larger house. So assuming property prices dont drop by then (and dont go up), after how many years of owning, was it worth it for me to have bought it rather then rented.

I think that might be a good one, I have to now pass by a store that has it in display with her and see if she likes it.

Do you know of any online retailers that carry it? From google shopping, I am mostly finding small time stores.

Those do look nice, but being that they are wedges, you don't really have a noticeable red sole.
