No, it was a joke... that these are the cigars that I'll need to smoke now after the wrecking on that IPO yesterday.

No, I originally made a comment linking Zack's blog. Don't know where that went, though...

It could have been the pairing (Guinness), but even when I bought these and posted some of the reviews mentioned cigarettes. I would concur.

Exactly. But I think I can say that my favorite cigar thus far this year has been the Padron 1926 80th Anniversary. Amazing.

Yes, some Cohiba's do taste too 'green', you're right on that.

Sure. The flavor profile and smoothness of the stick fit well to my tastes. I don't like a cigar that's overly harsh or spicy, but it has to smoke well.

My favorite use to be the Behike 52, but I feel their production has gone down in quality since the original releases.

Back in the USA for a week; had these last night. The Padron 1926s have always been some of my favorites, with this group being excellent. I preferred this smoke last night to my normal Behike 52 or Siglo VI.

Have you tried any of the original production Behike 52s? I assume you're outside of the US?

I suggest you give them some age, the green flavor will fade.

Authenticity check! Real or counterfeit? by DrDragonGodin cigars

Take a look at the white squares to the left and right of the COHIBA text. Is there a slight black space between those white squares and the gold line?

The cigar had a tougher draw than I normally like, but tasted great. Don't know if it was the long week or the pairing choice, but this sucker knocked me on my ass.
