They look fine. You could slim them down if you want but it's a personal preference. How far you want to roll them up is also up to you. Looks fine either way as long as it fits the context of the rest of your outfit.

Also, you're tying your shoes wrong. Try reversing the way you knot them so that the laces lay flat horizontally. You are currently doing a granny knot. You should be doing a square knot.
