I don't think that's a very good idea, as the pressure he feels is the feedback you are giving him and he needs that (regardless of whether he's aware of it) to be able to please you. Worse, the more you let go, the more he might think you're okay with everything, hence spending less time with you because of the new relationship excitement, which would put you in a very bad vicious cycle where you get stuck in your head thinking of worse and worse things.

Talk to him about wanting more sex. There's nothing wrong with that. He's slacking on providing you with himself, as it seems.

You want him to change to some degree: you want him to behave differently so that you can perceive more clearly that you are still important to him. Nothing wrong with that either.

The part about him opening up might be difficult. Men usually can't open up easily, and not easily at all when one sees that opening up hurts the other in the process. Unsure what to do there, but why do you feel like that about his OSO, which you call "girl 2"? She is his other significant person after all, part of his, hence your life.

Talk to him (them? maybe) about what makes you feel this way. In these conversations, try to separate your negative feelings (from your singular / monopoly status in his life being challenged, by the nature of their relationship, by his OSO) from what he is actually doing wrong. Try to find ways in which he can help you feel like you are very important to him.

I'm cleaning, working, I feel like his mom.

(Tell him about this, then) Give him a chore list and tell him to do things on that list every X day.

He can't wrap his head around differentiating between primary and secondary relationships. He thinks it's unfair.

Photographers use neutral density filters, iso value, and the aperture setting to restrict how much light can get in even when the shutter is open so that they won't get what you are getting (overexposure). Also, during long exposures, you will need a tripod (or something that acts as a tripod) to avoid camera shake and I think that's a bit difficult with a phone. you might wanna invest in a cheap used camera from ebay instead?..

I'm not addressing the part about you supposedly wanting a breadwinner because that part is too transparent --he's feeling insecure, and projecting that onto you using that argument.

You want him to get a job, find him to be irresponsible (which would stir up his insecurities about his masculinity and make him unable to articulate his anxiety in a non-aggressive manner), yet you also mention that he's unable to find a job (so he is looking for a job). Is there any other way for him to contribute / provide to the house while he is looking for a job? I think having him provide for the house using other means while he's job hunting would ease both his masculinity complex, his anxiety, and the pressure he's under (of being perceived as irresponsible, hence child-like rather than a "man").
