This is my actual profession. Sort of cross between a graphic designer and a structural engineer. It gets nerve-rackingly boring at times. The decals and screen printed shirts is a venture I'm helping to start with my wife at home.

I think y'all are right. It will be a lot of meticulous weeding (separating out the unwanted vinyl,) so I'll leave the roof alone for the meantime. Plus i'm very unsure of how I would want to handle the sunroof. I've already got black perforated vinyl covering it to help block more sunlight.

I've got a few gold decals to make for someone, so I'm going to try and cut these at the same time this weekend.

The color gold is very hard to emulate on a computer.

I would say red belt line and grill surround, black wheels with red perimeter stripe. Black out all the other accent pieces.

The only thing I will add to the instal pointers is that is DO NOT USE ANY WATER and make sure the glass is dry. Which means don't try to do it in the morning when there's still dew on the glass. The little details in the decal will have a harder time sticking to the cold wet glass and releasing from the transfer paper.
