Two things:

Man I knew that bullets mushroomed when penetrating targets, but I'm amazed how much force there is when you watch the slow-mo at impact. At impact the guys head seems to balloon about 2" in all directions and then shrink back to normal.

I know Lotus Notes, well the older versions <= 7.0 worked differently. Anyone that knows CTRL+Click or SHIFT+Click in other apps/OS's would have already tried it in Outlook though.

to play devil's advocate here when she C&P'd the image into the Word doc she could have actually saved herself some time. If tomorrow she was actually working on lecture notes done in Word, perhaps she was already planing on utilizing Word and didn't really need the image after tomorrow. We naturally save the file, but maybe she just wanted to use it in word.

I have mixed opinions.

Sometimes a cop has to speak the native dialect to make sure everyone knows that he is not to be fucked with. I get that. (lol)I watched 'The Wire'. This makes sense.

BUT, I dunno if he should have mentioned the hustling so blatantly.

AND, per one of the commentators in the linked article, the area where this was filmed isn't necessarily the ghetto, so this cop was basically giving 'hustling' an OK as long as he's respected. THat's pretty messed. Who knows though, maybe the NYPD is playing a deeper bust than a lame street-level dealer.

Happened to me once. I got the thief on video too. I confronted him and he payed me back and eventually moved out..., though I was only ou about 60 USD. In my opinion going directly to the police over this like a sibling going to the police because someone took a toy from his room. Someomes when you confront someone really stupid and they know they're fucked, they smart up. That is a of money though.
