It isn't an exploit until PVP goes up. That's why PVP isn't up. So long as you can just increase the difficulty on the minions, nothing is an exploit because they can get insanely hard. But, PVP has to be very finely tuned (as any MOBA player will tell you).

reduce all blues/rares to what they should be in damage to make the legendaries more appealing WITHOUT grandfathering already-generated items -OR- wipe the game at some point in the future to avoid stagnation

You wanna see a shit storm? That would be a full blown shit-icane. Tell the guy who just shelled out 300k for a blue item that it's going to just poof and disappear in the next patch.

Activate elective mode after Act 2 or level X.

I can't believe I had to go this far down to find this suggestion. I just found out about elective mode today...at level 42. It completely changes the game. I can't believe there's not even so much as a pop up to hint at it, especially when I've been told the for the millionth time how loot works in multi-player.

There needs to be some kind of afk timer with stacking penalties. Say, after x minutes afk the minion buff no longer applies. After y minutes you are booted. After z boots you are temporarily banned from public games.

Pulling a bad champion like karth alistar or galio into your team will result in instant lose if his team is near.

I dunno. If someone like Alistar (games come to mind because he's in EVERY game) is just a little bit out of position...sure...I'll pull him. Especially in early game, he's just such an easy target in lane. If I can't get to the carry, I'll just harass him the whole time.

They Keynes icon was submitted by a member of the community. If anyone wants to submit a different social scientist for the icon we will put it up post haste.

The format for all our logos so far have been the same as above, with the persons signature and the symbol for their field next to them.

I'm sure it's a lot worse in Europe. At least here if you have English and Spanish down you're pretty much good, save for the occasional Brazilian.

Playing on NA server. It's mostly spanish and port. here for the non english speakers. I speak only enough spanish to say how little spanish I speak.

That's the thing. No offense to OP, but instead of complaining about what the camera is missing, you click on that. But I think that overall it will make casting much better. Imagine how basketball commentary would change if the commentator had to switch between all the camera angles themself.
