Dynamically changing the title without a page refresh is pretty cool? Being pretty cool seems like an advantage to me. FB puts that insidious (1) on the title bar to remind you to come back to the page when you get a notif. Seems to work pretty good for them.

These tools exist already for parents who want to lock down their computers. It's up to the rents to control what their kids look at. It has nothing to do with the federal government. Romney is just pandering to ignorant parents with this rhetoric. It's pretty laughable to think of him actually requiring all computers to have a hardware on off porn switch on them.
