Is using a bow worth it?

For PVE, bows are very helpful. Try a +15 BBoP or Composite Bow, depending on if you are using a dex build or str build, respectively. With feather arrows or large arrows, you will be doing upwards of 250-300 damage an arrow. I used my BBoP to clear Demon Ruins of those capra demons last night, and it only took 3 headshots per capra demon to kill them. Their aggro AOE was reduced so much in the last patch, they won't even aggro from arrows. This is just an example.

Drunk Souls is really fun as well. Me and a couple buddies will load up a low level darkwraith and the end of the night and throw dung pies at low level players in the burg. It's sloppy and hilarious.

Interestingly, the very first episode of Mad Men suggests that this was going to be the main plot element of the show: Don Draper struggling to keep up with the young executives and copywriters at Sterling Cooper. It seems to abandon this as Don is portrayed as an unmatched advertising genius. Now, we finally see him struggling to keep up and competing with the new generation. I hope the rest of the season delves into this deeper.

I'm a huge horror buff. I own about 300 horror movies on DVD, and I still say TBWP is the finest horror film ever made in many ways. It cuts to the bone of horror while leaving just enough to mystery and obscurity to inspire horrific imaginations and discomfort. There are so many technical nuances I could highlight that make this film so brilliant.

What are your top 5 favorite horror films? I'd love to pick your brain more about your inspirations and everything, but this is a simple way to learn a lot.

Some of my other favorites are The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Exorcist, Suspiria, Rosemary's Baby, and Cannibal Holocaust. The last film I mentioned I have noticed shares many traits with TBWP's lore and general angle, namely the "found documentary" pseudo-non-fiction presentation where the original cast has all died off and their record found after the fact.

Yeah, I'm not too sure yet about the eating disorder angle mirroring Betty's weight gain. There's the fact that she ate from the underside of the fish, probably to conceal that she was eating it from Don and Megan. They probably knew she didn't like fish, as we hear Megan say earlier that she won't eat anything, but she loves spaghetti, or something to that extent. Or, she may not be eating anything and then hiding her nibble of the fish due to some developing eating disorder. But seeing that this whole episode was developing her character's removal from childhood innocence, I would say my former theory was the main thrust of this scene.

I think Sally was trying to act like an adult. She still has a child's distaste for fish, hence her masked look of disgust after eating it, but she forces herself to eat it anyway.

I'm kind of the same way in that I can get psychologically worried and over-perceive effects like heart rate changes and such when on substances. However, I can assure you that hydrocodone and oxycodone simply feel great and comforting. They relax you and give you a sense of well being plus euphoria of course. The only physical side effect of note that I've experienced is itchiness. 10mg is a pretty light dose.

I went with a +5 lightning hand axe for most of my play, and also a +5 chaos dagger later on, which is what I use most of the time. I didn't realize until now that the straight up battle axe is an option. I probably would have used that if I had realized it had low enough stat requirements. The hand axe is nice for its speed though.

I'm partial to the pure dex build. Magic is overpowered and just not very fun to me. I forget the exact stats, but it's 50 dex, and enough faith to use the broken talisman of the beast/cursed weapon exploit for minimal HP drain. So many good dex weapons in this game. Also, str builds are fun. DBS and greataxe being my preferred str weapons.

I just think this father is naive if he is this appalled by the teacher's language. Special needs daycare and education is notoriously polluted with abuse. I hate to say it, but it's kind of understandable. I've dealt with autistic children, and while they can be loving and warm and funny, I couldn't imagine dealing with 10-20 on a daily basis for years. It would be extremely taxing and frustrating work. I just don't see the lynch mob uproar that most people are feeling when watching this video. Special needs kids are best cared for by relatives.
