yes, you would be wrong.

First, if you roll 2 dice 36 times the distribution should like this:

With only 36 rolls however the results can be very skewed and not like that pyramid (not bell curve) at all.

But after thousands of rolls, the probability that your curve is anything but a pyramid shape is very near zero. I gave my actual numbers to r/math and they calculated the odds of my outcome as less than .0001% In other words it so low that it couldnt even caclulate it accurately to the appropriate decimal so it just stopped at 1 in million chance.

how many games? what is the number on the left side of the graph? it shouldnt look like a bell curve, it should be a perfect(ish) pyramid.

it should steadily increase up to 7 and then steadily decrease until 12. are there any places where this doesnt happen?

that means both 6s and 8s occurred 2100 times each.

also, these are estimates, the 6s were actually slightly less than that but TomSmithy23 wanted exact numbers so I approximated. (the data provided is in the form of a chart and doesnt include the actual numbers so I had to guess.)

My new girlfriend introduced me to her friends, a married couple. The first night I met them the husband brought up, when his wife was out of the room, that sometimes she hits him, pins him down, or otherwise intimidates him. I brought it up with my girlfriend later, she insisted it was nothing to worry about. I confronted the wife on another visit, she laughed it off and told me to mind my own business. the husband thanked me for being concerned about him and taking his accusation seriously. cut to about two months later, they get into a scuffle, she breaks his hand, and then tries to get a restraining order against him. the cops are very supportive of him but do not arrest her.

they are divorced now and my girlfriend asked me to never rub it in how i was right.
