tl;dr

Reaper - make the cliff jumping a cast ability, will not autojump cliffs. can be used to jump over other units. can jump straight up to peek over cliffs.

Collo - reduce vision to that of a ground unit.

Thor - (one of these)

Remove Energy
Increase its abilities range so it can disable a collosus
Make its ability actually do more DPS than a +1/0 regular attack
Make its ability a friendly splash AoE
Replace it with the Goliath
Give the Thor better movespeed

Queen - start with 30-40 energy

Ghost - Snipe should only do reduced damage against massive or bonus against light units.
