So proud to say I live in this city. It will mostly be solar (there are a couple projects for utility scale solar plants within the city) but if they can make use of tidal in the bay or other sources they will be. This article focuses more on the fact that in the city's commitment to renewable, they're taking the first steps by adding solar to gov't buildings. Lead by example!
