It is not.

The fire is at the forward end of the ship.

The engineering department is in the back, through a series of hatches, and the reactor compartment itself has thick double isolation of the reactor (the compartment, secondary shield tank, and primary shield tank) as well as the reactor being 100% shutdown, cooled down due to being at the yard.

Now, the fire could have completely fucked the rest of the sub, but the "scary" nuclear part is fine.

Which brings me to another point: This game's online netcode, while better than KOF13's, is complete shit.

I was watching a stream this morning my a Japanese online warrior playing MAHVEL. Whenever he connected to someone, the person's connection would toggle between 2 bars and full, and during his matches, the game would slow down a whole lot.

I thought it could be due to him streaming to twitch until I watched a stream with Fubarduck on him BUSINESS connection having similar issues.

Furthermore, I looked it up, and Japan has one of the BEST internet structures in the world.

Plus, the only people he was fighting were all Japanese!

Dat netcode man...

And it is not like Capcom completely sucks at making netcode just based on how good the code is for SFxT, even with the newer scrub friendly input delay added to the system.
