Hey, I know this AMA happened yesterday but I have a question for you. Several members of my family are on a shared plan. My brother recently got his phone upgraded (using the upgrade that my line was due for), and the day after that happened my Epic stopped connecting to 3G with a 'Sprint username/password incorrect' authentication failure. I'm using custom firmware, but I don't really think that that's the problem since it's worked fine for a long time and this problem immediately happened after my brother upgraded his phone. My question, so I can avoid any runaround possible -- I just don't have time for it -- is, which part of the Sprint customer service chain do I bring my problem to and will they immediately dismiss me if I'm using 3rd party firmware?

Thanks for the tips. I'd planned to use a biowheel filter, which could easily sit above the sand level. As for the snails, great idea, but I kind of have my heart set on keeping loaches which eat snails.
