New Firefox Beta for Android with native UI and Flash support by mbrubeckin Android
[–]snorp 1 point2 points3 points 10 days ago
Ah, ok, you are getting the old version of Firefox Beta because there was a problem on the Note with this first one. It will be fixed with the next Beta release, which is on Friday. If you want to try it now, you can download an Aurora build from here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/aurora/
[–]snorp 0 points1 point2 points 10 days ago
Could you elaborate on the Flash problems? What happens after you 'tap to play' the Flash content?
[–]snorp 1 point2 points3 points 11 days ago
What device and Android version was this on?
[–]snorp 3 points4 points5 points 11 days ago
That's actually a feature called 'text inflation', which aims to make conventional desktop sites more readable. I agree that it sometimes looks a little weird, but it mostly works out alright!
[–]snorp 2 points3 points4 points 11 days ago
Bugzilla is the best place for feature requests: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fennec%20Native
I agree, the common keyboard shortcuts should work!
You'll be excited to see the tablet UI that's coming soon, then! See here: http://news.softpedia.com/newsImage/Firefox-Will-Look-and-Feel-the-Same-on-PCs-Phones-and-Tablets-Design-Mockups-5.jpg/

The most impressive part is that Kemp fathered 2 children while driving the lane for this dunk.

Nightly should be smoking the stock browser and Dolphin HD. Those browsers are not hardware accelerated on Gingerbread, and Firefox Nightly is. Which areas do you think could use some more improvement? Also, we're looking for folks willing to join the Test Drivers program. It would be great if you could help out, check here for details!

The info here is probably accurate, but I wouldn't take a total stranger's word for it. It took about 15s of searching to find a relevant NRA page: http://www.nraila.org/gun-laws/state-laws/michigan.aspx

Wow...I'm going to the game tonight, hopefully JV will put on a good show. Was really looking forward to Porcello last night too. I feel bad for the guy. I mean at some point he had to want to just pull himself out of the game.

It's very common to change instructors. If you don't feel comfortable with your current one you should definitely switch.

Indeed. Apparently they are referred to as "Leading edge root extensions" as well. Didn't know about these until watching the video, really slick.
Question about a friend with diabetes by davemansterin flying
For LSA, no medical is required at all. The caveat is that you can't have been denied for a Class 3 previously.
If he takes shots that means he is either a Type 1 or a fairly advanced Type 2, which could make it more difficult. The FAA has some stuff online about insulin-dependent diabetics here: http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates/medical_certification/specialissuance/diabetes/
I have type 2 and was able to get a special issuance medical relatively easily. As long as your friend is well controlled (even if type 1) it should be possible for him as well. Good luck!
