Okay, I'm all for flashing your high beams but this seems really weird to me. The guy is in his house and sees the cop out with a radar gun in front of his house. Goes and parks his car up the road so people speeding in his neighborhood will not get a ticket. It's one thing to do on the highway it's another to do it in a neighborhood. I know in my neighborhood I get pissed at people speeding through it, and for damn sure wouldn't be helping them avoid a speeding ticket.

Yes, but even people that get all their taxes back and live in the states have to file their taxes. If you have never lived in the US and don't want to deal with the paperwork just get rid of your citizenship. Why keep it anyway? Most do because it makes it easier then having to do all the paperwork for visas and what not, so basically you're doing paperwork not to do paperwork so it all evens out in the end. Really I'm just speaking out of my ass and don't know all that much about what it takes for a foreigner to come visit this country for any extended period of time. Just an assumption on how it works but it seems pretty logical to me, if you don't want to pay US taxes and don't or have never lived in the US, don't claim dual citizenship.

Hotels and caterers upcharge the shit out of meals. Not only are you paying the meal cost, which is already overblown, you're paying a service charge that can be double digit percentages. I might be mistaken, cause it's been a couple years, but I worked at a hotel that charged a 20% service charge.
