On the other hand it could be a list where the negative 'votes' are cumulative - so it will give a better overall idea on the trustworthiness of a company... and if the company has, say, over 2 untrustworthy votes within a timespan, then their name is associated as being an untrustworthy one.

There is always two sides, unfortunately, as things stand - it is mostly the larger companies who dictate their version (and not pay.)
