They'll never trust a legitimate remote access technician again. Or worse they'll allow them only to view the screen instead of giving up control. As someone who used to work a help desk and still provide remote assistance to friends and family on as needed basis, the day the tell me just watch my screen and tell me what to do is the day i hang up on them and say good luck.

I own a small design / seo firm and they call and spam me too. While most "seo" gurus are talking bullshit i've found most free lancers don't take the time to write clean validating code, insert title tags, research keywords etc...

SEO isn't a mystery is just hard work and doing things correctly.
