I manage a few (4 or 5) developers, which mostly consists of making sure they're not stuck and that they're working on the right things; I also occasionally write code when if there's something interesting I don't want to delegate to them. Oh, I'm usually in meetings, too.

I love playing my Baratheon deck. An extra core set is nice, but not strictly necessary - you should check out the card lists here and check out CardgameDB for some articles on the game.

I usually only buy the chapter packs that have cards I want (after building the deck online).

I'm a .NET dev in Cincy (well, Middletown) and I'm pretty consistently called by recruiters about open positions. I know the place I'm working (in Blue Ash) is also hiring devs currently.

I'm not sure what your experience is in, but if .NET is any indication, there are a ton of places looking for good people.
