Then they should have included 2 cartridges in the box. It would have been unprecedented yes, but would have been the correct thing to do.

Imagine if Final Fantasy 7 had been split into into 3 separate releases.

I enjoyed the first game immensely but I'm still bitter about it ending halfway through the quest.

Never did pick up the sequel because of it.

I'm fine with cliffhanger endings, but when they clearly spell out that your mission is to light all 4 lighthouses, then after lighting 2 of them they end the game...that ain't right.

Because they've had it for over 20 years. And because even though half of those seasons have been mediocre at best, they're still Notre Dame, "the" Catholic school and they've still got the huge national audience, even if most of them are fair weather fans.

Yea, biggest downside to them is if you lose it. You have to call Blizzard and the couple times I've had to, I had to wait on hold for about an hour.

I think there may be a way to reset it now yourself if you just have the ID number of the authenticator, but there wasn't at the time.

It's just a random number generator (that uses a clock to generate the number), it doesn't connect to anything.

Edit: Well, pseudo-random number generator.

Depends on the purpose of the rocket. Vandenburg is used to put satellites in polar orbit because they are unable to do so at the Cape (wouldn't want rocket pieces falling on Miami Beach!)

10 item limit is necessary as there is already so much stuff taking up space in the AH. That shouldn't prevent being able to cancel items though (maybe with a delay and gold fee to prevent abuse of it)

You mean the Metro start panel? You have to go through the same process to get to that from the desktop: dragging the sidebar over and hitting the Windows icon.

I guess I could pin everything to the taskbar but that gets cluttered and is not a good solution.

They improved it and renamed it from menu to panel.

Right now in Windows 7 to get to open a document folder, a frequented program, or the control panel, I make two very quick clicks, one all the way in the bottom corner, then another a few inches above at what I want.

In Windows 8 "desktop mode" I have to do the same on the opposite side of the screen, but then click and DRAG the cursor a few inches to the left, then click Search, then click on or type the name of the program.

That dragging step and additional click or two isn't a huge timesink, but dragging just feels awkward, unnatural and uncomfortable to do with a mouse.

Bottom line it's just less efficient on a desktop with a mouse, and should not exist on any system with a mouse.

Agree except about credit cards, they're one tool you can use to keep get that lower monthly mortgage payment. (Unless the person just isn't able to maintain self control)

100k is probably the cheapest you can buy any house nowadays that isn't 50 years old in a run down neighborhood.

A $100k home with a 30 year mortgage is somewhere between 700-900/mo, which is completely doable on $20/hr.

It looks like all of them will be destructive. Wasn't that way when they used Sandforce, but the current trend since the Octane drives with Indilinx is everything's destructive.

Kinda a pain, but firmwares like these with massive improvements are pretty rare.

I had an off-brand memory card that did this all the time at random. I'd let it sit awhile then pop it back it and it would work fine.

What I ended up doing was rubber banding an old, small finned heatsink to the bottom. Never had another problem.

I did lose everything once when my sister accidentally wiped it on this error. It was a 64Mb card (8MB, I think the standard official card was only 500K) so I lost dozens and dozens of games.....

They say it will be released today, but does not appear to be on their site yet.

Anxiously waiting as I plan on finally cloning my Vertex 2 in my main desktop and replacing it with my Vertex 4. :D
