The customers and girls both know that they need to protect themselves and potentially run a higher risk because of their habits. I do not know a single girl who will go to a date without bringing protection (just in case). I do everything I can to keep my clients and girls safe but there's only so much I can do as far as initiating a policy on medical testing for people who are technically employing me (the girls are hiring me for my services, not the other way around).

I am currently trying to work up a some sort of policy with my lawyer. Since I'm technically employed by the girls it's very hard to put something in the contract requiring them to get medical testing done. Plus, it's difficult to explain why they need this testing when we have to be so careful about semantics in our contracts.

No drugs, ever. If I find out the girls are doing drugs, I terminate the business relationship with them. If the clients want to do drugs then the girls are instructed to leave. We don't need that kind of trouble.

We have a main phone line (VOIP) and a texting line (Le google voice). No piggybacks.
Most of the girls prefer incall but will do outcall for a travelling fee.
About 25 and I work for them, not the other way around.
We do have one driver, but he's only used if a girl has no other method of transportation. I don't feel a driver necessary because if the girls are incall it's not like they're going anywhere and if they're outcall then we only book the appointment if we know and trust the client.

O god it's an entire novel waiting to be written. Managing the girls and the clients and the finances and just everything else is a nightmare some of the time. As for keeping things private and safe, we do as much as we can to limit the amount of information we keep about a client (usually only the email address they provide us, phone number they call us from, and a name to call them by) after their first booking. Before their first booking we try to get as much information as possible on them so we can be thorough with screening and make sure they are who they say they are.

I do not try to manipulate review scores, however I do request that clients submit good reviews if they feel they've had a positive experience. If they feel their experience is negative, I try to get them to discuss it with me before submitting a review. I do handle the listings and contact info for my girls. Basically they don't really need to do much aside from letting me know their availability and locations as well as showing up to their appointments and keeping the clients happy while they're spending time with them.

It can be very difficult at times. Getting things started was insanely difficult. I didn't make a whole lot at first, just enough to keep things going. But then, because I took a really professional/clean/legal stance on the business, girls became interested in working with me and clientele were drawn in by the girls. It really depends on the clients your agency is catering to. I'd say sit down and have a talk with the agency who's offering you a position. If they seem hesitant to discuss things or shy around answers gtfo. But if they're open and at least seem honest you can always give it a shot and bail if it's not for you.

It's possible it's different for him because of the state/area/country he's in. Weirdly enough, in my state the laws vary depending on the population density of the area the date is occurring in as well. You can solicit and provide sexual services for money as long as it's not a penis in a vagina. Anal, oral, hand jobs, S&M work, etc etc etc are all legal to buy and sell in my state. It is also legal to sell your time and have vaginal sex occur during that time.

There is tipping that occurs at the end of the appointment, but there is absolutely no upselling occurring between the girl and the client. If he requests something and she turns it down or doesn't turn it down, it has absolutely nothing to do with the financial aspects of the date.

Some of our clients absolutely are attractive people. Occasionally the girls fight over them a little bit. The appearance can make a difference, but it isn't usually a significant one.
