There's several f2p games I like to play. Maple Story, Dungeons and Dragons Online, Champions Online, Star Trek Online. Some of these games would no longer exist without a F2P model because they can't keep the needed number of subscribers for $15 a month.

When an MMO is f2p, I also feel more inclined to go back to playing it when I am bored rather than pony up for an entire month of subscription pay when I might get bored with the game again after only a week or couple days of play.

Most of the MMO's above offer a monthly subscription in addition to the F2P model.

During this concert there was a mix of lip syncing, singing on top of prerecorded tracks, and live playing by the seiyuus from my observation. To Hikasa Youko's credit, she did learn to play bass left handed for the k-on live concerts, even though she is actually right handed, to stay truer to character as can be seen here.

Present the risks to management and let them decide what they want to do about it. A proposed solution is nice too, as another poster stated. Make sure you have documentation on email or whatever that you reported the risks to someone. This covers your ass.

Be professional. It shouldn't be personal. It their business to decide what level of information risk is appropriate vs what you think would be best practices.

IMHO, they sound fantastic for anything that has a guitar and vocals (especially female) in it. They sound quite nice for classical too. The mids shimmer/sparkle. However electronic music doesn't sound quite right to me on them. The individual sounds are too separated, I might say. That said, I'm happy with my pair and I wouldn't part with them. There's times when the Grado sound is just so fun and exciting compared to other headphones.

I think they could work for most of your listening preferences.

I think it gets better. The characters smooth out over time and both the stories and comedy style improves.

My brother turned me on to Gintama. I didn't get it at first either, and it took me around 30+ episodes before it grew on me. Definitely one of my favorite anime's now.

I can't guarantee it will grow on you too, but play it when you're not watching something else and give it 30+ episodes. If you like episode 33, 34, and 38 you'll def want to keep watching cause there is more of that. :)
