[USA][VT] H: Phenom II X3 720 BE @ 2.8ghz, ASRock Extreme3 AM3+ AMD 970 MB, XFX Radeon HD5770 W: $$ offers by benicillinin hardwareswap

7770's can be had for around $100 now

By that you meant ~$120-140, with one currently offered with a $10 MIR, right?

It's a bit faster than the 7750, which sells for $110.

Basically, $50-60 is a very lowball price.

The proper way to play KS [Main Menu Spoilers] by PikKirbyin katawashoujo

Eh, the bezels are hugely distracting, especially since you've got to read across them the entire game.

Personally I use a landscape eyefinity setup for games like BF3, but I'd never split a VN like that.

Video card is worth about $80-100, mobo about $70 ($85 new), and proc about $50.

If you're going to list it on an online classifieds site, I'd put it up for $250, but accept an offer as low as $200.

You should probably post a link to the specific card you're selling.

Well, you win on that one! The server room my dad manages (small company with 60 people) looked a bit like that until he spent a day redoing everything in it.

Playing BF3 on my PS3 for the first time in a couple months. Anything I should know? by flyersfan314in battlefield3

The bug makes each pellet do the same damage as one bullet from the gun firing. On a G3A3 that means you're doing 34 damage per pellet at close range, and even then it's still 22 at long range. It's absolutely nuts. My friends and I sometimes like to join an empty server to mess around with it sometimes though. It's kind of like an instagib game.

Your CPU is almost certainly dragging your numbers down.

Ah, no worries. You can still buy the Atom mini-ITX boards, but also becoming common are standard chipsets in that size as well. Most of them are the low-end chipsets ala H61/H67, etc, but there's also a growing market of people wanting tiny boards that actually support high end procs and features. Thus, this Asus Z77 board with vertically mounted power circuitry for overclocking exists.

Why would the performance end up CPU bound? Depending on the board it likely supports even high end procs.

Yes, there's a stove underneath it. A computer would thermally throttle past 100C.

Normally you'd disassemble it first. While cleaning it with tap water is fine and dandy, I'd personally recommend rinsing it with distilled water after, just to make sure any minerals in the water are gone.
