I think the issue is that you submit each post around 3 - 4 times to different reddits. I suggest you submit each post only once to one reddit.

While moderation experience would be ideal there is no reason why a new user can't be a moderator.

perhaps you can have a "block reddit" option - it would allow you to block all actions from a reddit (e.g. adding you as moderator, subscriber, etc).
