The site looks very well made. I think one problem might be the fact that you have to add to cart to see your price, I think that's a huge turn off for most people because it seems very odd and sketchy, even though you explain it. If you want to sell for under the minimum advertised price maybe you could find another way such as coupons, bundle/multipurchase discounts, or listing the MAP with some sort of notification that many items are cheaper once added to cart.
