I go to Free Form Fitness just down the street on Wellington. I'd suggest heading in there and talking to David. He is a stickler for form!

Price wise it's about $50 for a 1/2 hour session. Not cheap, but worth it. You can buy a stack of sessions and use them as you see fit.

Huh. I may have to try that one next. My current bra of choice is the Shock Absorber, which definitely lives up to its name, but the straps drive me batshit crazy. I had to sew them in place to keep the hooks from slipping out while I was moving around.

Definitely. I've had their service for a while now, and this outage was not the norm. It was also outside of their control - the upstream provider had the routing issue.

They have their issues, but compared to Rogers? Ditch those mofos. The speeds are better, there's no torrent throttling, and the packages are cheaper.

Topping healing meters means about as much as topping DPS meters. Actually, considering how disc priest numbers stack up, it means a lot less.

I had a lot of fun levelling as an affliction lock - you just have NO downtime. It's slow to kill one mob, but you can take out a pack of 6 - 7 at the same time, and end up with full health/mana when they all die.

But that really only works for soloing. If you're going into dungeons, I like demo. Affliction's a bit tougher to manage in a dungeon environment.

Raiding in vanilla was a completely different beast from TBC and beyond. You raided with your guild, possibly you had a coalition of 2-3 smaller guilds that raided together. It was EXTREMELY unusual to see a group looking for a pug in trade chat, and was seen as a bit of a failure on the part of that raid. If you needed a fill in, you got someone else from your guild to go, or (rarely) a friend of a guildie.
