Try this stretch at the end of the video. You need a bench and a pvc pipe.

That's crazy, normally it is the other way around, stuff from the US being blocked in Europe. It sucks to have lots of national internets instead of one.

Does it work when you use this? (click the thumbnail or download the mp4)-> http://en.savefrom.net/http://youtube.com/watch?_openstat=shrt;youtube;;&feature=player_embedded&v=AKN5IzEh5A8

5/3/1 - What's your approach to deloading your assistance lifts? by Fret44in weightroom

[–]pastr 4 points5 points ago

Depends on how I feel.

Instead of 5x10, I like to just do 3x10 @60% with strict 45s rest.

No rocket science, just see what works for you and watch how fresh you feel the next day.

Left collarbone hurts like hell after doing dips by TooSlyForYouin Fitness

[–]pastr 3 points4 points ago

Searching my blog (shameless plug alarm) for "Shoulder MWOD" brought up a lot of results like http://www.allthingsgym.com/2011/07/shoulder-range-and-positional.html which is perfect after doing dips.

Second, see the Mobility WOD about Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (especially the banded stretch at 3:40). Not saying that you have TOS, but the stretches are worth checking out.

Also: Do you do sit at a desk a lot , leaning on your left arm?

Just finished it.

But I am glad i read "The tell tale brain" prior to that, as Ramachandran explains the causes and possible treatments in more detail.

Nonetheless a fascinating read. Thanks for the recommendation.

Skill training: one arm chin by kram115in AdvancedFitness

Well, you're super close then.

Negatives will not help much at the extreme ends of the pull ups. I always thought they helped me in the mid portion but it might work for you. Just looked into my training log and I used to do negatives in reverse pyramid style 4x,3x,2x1x usually at the end of a pull up session.

To get strong in the dead hang to 135 deg portion I would bet my money on isometrics (6sec holds) and partial pulls. When I dod Isos I used to do 2 rounds of 6 holds (meaning at 6 different angles). But you could focus around your sticky point.

[–]pastr 0 points1 point ago

I used to do those pull ups for 2 reps. Where are you stuck?

Weighted isometric holds at the various angles helped me a lot as well as slow negative reps.

Regarding the fingerboard: Used to go bouldering before I got interested in more general strength training.
