There are to many laws some so outdated that no ones know but still on the books and you can be charge with breaking them. It seem almost anything can be criminalized this days. Should we have a law's ceiling that if we hit it we need to get rid of other laws to make space for the new ones? in such case more irrelevant laws will be eliminated. But need to be a realistic ceiling not a crazy billion laws one.

Having an accident. Today there are no accidents there is always a charge, lawsuit or anything else except a simple accident.

I use a 1st gen ipad every day and netflix works perfectly. But a third or 4th gen ipod touch could really be a cheap alternative the downsize is the small screen but is better than no screen.
