Why would that be the case. There is a reason people rarely use their real name while online. Facebook has an approved friend list and privacy controls as well, so even by posting as myself I still have an expectation of privacy that is no different than "real life".

Why can you not pay taxes properly? You can actually put "drug deals" on your tax return and they wont do anything about it. You wont be able to write off business expenses, so that is a negative but there is no reason you cant pay the proper tax rates on income gained by selling drugs.
