How long should I spend in Paris and Brussels?

Ah, this is what I was looking for. Why do you say that? I was thinking of backtracking from Amsterdam-Brussels to see it, and staying maybe two days, but I hear the general consensus around here is that it's not worth it.

To be honest with you, she probably isn't sure either. I think both of you are sending each other mixed signals to the point where she isn't sure what she wants from you, and you aren't sure what you want from her.

Here's what I think: If she's the nice person you say she is, she honestly won't judge you if you have feelings for her and she doesn't reciprocate. She'll let you down gently and keep it private between the two of you.

That being said, from what you're saying it sounds like she looks for excuses to keep in touch with you. Have you two actually ever talked about being a couple? Maybe it's time to bring up the subject. I know it's difficult, but if your friendship seems stagnant otherwise, it's an important conversation to have.

If she's your friend, she'll be open, kind and understanding. You don't have to worry about someone who you know already has your back.

And if you've been keen on her for three years, chances are you've given her mixed signals, and she doesn't know what you want from her. So when you ask her out, make it ABSOLUTELY clear that it's a date, or she'll still wonder. This gives her a chance to say yes to a date. Not to say yes to that cool new movie with a friend, or whatever.

Edit: And if you're friends, be cute about it. Like "Are you free for dinner Friday? Want to go out? Wear something cute and I'll pick you up at 8." Or something similarly forward.

Is there a way to directly connect my Canon camera to the iPhone though? If so I won't bring the iPad. I think the iPhone will suit my purposes in terms of GPS, maps, etc. and maybe even reading.

I'd lawyer up if neither are being co-operative. It would probably take a good lawyer only an hour or two to figure out what they're breaching and why.
