so it seems like if you dont have a drivers license then there is a 150 day period that you cannot obtain it and if you do have one it is suspended for 60 days.

the officer didnt say anything about a license suspension though, is it possible that sending this through for the dmv to process and suspend a license is at the officers discresion? or is it all processed the same and sent automatically to the dmv?
