There are certainly prescription products out there that help this but I will give you a natural remedy. Firstly, invest in a loofah and make sure it's rough and scrub-able. Jump in the shower and gently scrub down your entire body with it. This will give you that 'glow' you want because this is basically how microdermabrasion works. It peels off the dead top layer of skin, revealing the new healthy one i.e. glowing.

Next, I suggest investing in an acne care product that contains 10% benzoyl peroxide to treat the acne. If you live in the US, Clean & Clear makes a good one. Use this wash on your face (or any other acne-prone areas) only TWICE a week. And make sure to use it after showering and ONLY at night because it will make your skin temporarily sensitive to sunlight, therefore it's best to do it at night! As for using it twice a week, the huge percentage of benzoyl peroxide WILL dry up your skin if used continuously. More dryness = more redness, so make sure you do it two days apart!

And finally, invest in Tea Tree Oil. This stuff is magical. It is the cure-all remedy for any dermal redness, rash, etc. Apply it liberally to any noticeable red spots. You should actually notice a difference the next day, that's how powerful this stuff is! It will also soothe your skin and make it softer to the touch. Apply it at night just before bedtime. Allow it to sink in for at least 15 minutes before putting your head on the pillow and risking smudging it off.
