I'm game, my GURPS group just broke up. I would need to acquire Pathfinder, but I have played/own D&D 3.5, OWoD games, and GURPS.

I would say that it would be the people the fringes, just as it is today. There are plans for the /r/darknetplan, where people are hosting their own, uncensored internet. There are also the deaddrops, where you can share files completely anonymous. If you look to the fringes, I believe you will see many aspects portrayed in cyberpunk literature slowly coming to life.

Most likely, he is teething... My girl (not a saint) was a biter at least until she lost her puppy teeth. Once those fall out, it is much easier to discipline them for biting.

Raw hide bones that a fairly large(compared to their mouth) worked well for her. Just don't let him ingest too much, or you will have a nasty mess to clean up.
