This screen grab (from the Matrix) lasts about 2 seconds. Neo is about to turn the handle and open the door when a woman on the other side pulls it open and says "right on time" (or something along those lines). Because theatres are generally pretty dark, it's near impossible to see the camera in the door knob's reflection. However, the DVD and subsequent BD releases are much brighter and can be paused at will so that this "mistake" or "goof" can be seen properly.

But in all honesty, I think some people come to these smaller-esque subreddits to grab easy karma. I love Fringe, but sometimes this subreddit seems a little too circlejerky for me. Posts like these get upvoted to the top for no good reason.
