I'm having the same issue and it stated when I tried downloading the Top Geat: Where's The Stig app when it became free the other day. It keeps saying that I can't download that app along with 9 others. And it starts trying to download it again. I have found no solution either.

The Ethernet spec I believe says that patch cables shouldn't be under .5m due to electrical signaling issues. I also have heard that minimum is 1m for PoE devices. If you google for minimum Ethernet cable length, there is tons of discussions online about this topic.
