I learned to not work at a place you love to shop at (or have to shop at). Working at Wally World made me change the way I thought of that place, but I guess it was that one particular location (thankfully I avoid).

Usually they buy something, and I buy a competing (or better) product a few days later, then they bitch about how I got the better product. I just usually say I didn't know they were going to buy it and it wasn't their fault for not consulting me about it before hand (usually electronics).

My parents always wondered why I watched TV on the lanai at night with the sound down. Ah, analog cable. Same goes for dial up modems - I always had to cover up the sound of the modem dialing, until I found the volume on the modem's settings.

The iPad was the first new device I bought that went with me on the toilet. Usually that job went to my iPod Touch, but the touch's screen is too small once you've used the iPad.

I don't watch that much TV, but I do listen to the radio a lot and I just heard a commercial for one politician, then a normal commercial, then another commercial for the politician's rival. I can't wait until this is all over and they backpedal on what they campaigned for.

I don't understand it either. After the artist focused less on the characters' lives and more on mini arcs of whatever video game related stuff, I stopped reading it.

Whenever my aunt and uncle invites us to go fishing at the beach with them, I always bring my DS, iPod touch, Zune HD and PSP, all with games. Me and my siblings and cousins just end up sitting around playing video games.

Personally, I'd just stop answering my phone while the engine is on. But a better solution would be two way radios.

I backed up into so many parking spaces (including my own at home) I'm forgetting where the end of my hood is and I can barely park straight in with my car. I do it since its easier to get out and load/unload things from my hatch.

And its about your mirrors (I have those convex mirrors at the outer edge of my side view mirrors). Once you know where the edge of your car is in relation to the boundaries of the parking stall (or other people's cars) then its a matter of maneuvering your car into that stall.
