Do you actually know this, or are you just parroting the hivemind narrative? I ask because...well, and this is awkward, but this is an article by Wired about Big Bang Theory's fact checker. I'll quote their description of their fact checker's credentials:

As a french, i wouldn't have trust in the McDonalds baguette and i can find really good sandwiches with baguette in lots of bakeries. In facts, the only person that i know who has tried it was a canadian.

As an American, this is an appropriate level of suspicion when dealing with McDonalds.
