Is anybody using centos anymore? Any recommendations for a stable/secure enterprise distro?

I work for a decent sized retailer. We run several Oracle database servers at work on CentOS. It has been very stable and Oracle plays well (I ran into many dead ends getting Oracle to work on Debian).

This was a very well produced video. Based on Wikipedia the certificates that were compromised were revoked by Verisign so the authors will have to find a new exploit. Wonder if this virus will be a real danger or just hyperbole like Conficker.

Wonder if a linux based system would have been as exploitable.

Anyone have the issue where when using dual monitors on an Intel gfx card, the gnome3 shell crashes and reverts to the default gtk theme? I've not been able to get it to work at all with two monitors as of yet.

As with any new shell there are bound to be quirks. I found these links quite helpful in starting to get things customized to my liking. I highly recommend the theme selector extension:

Seems to run pretty slow and a few of the new things like Ubuntu broadcast are a bit buggy. Don't really like the new Unity interface, too maclike and windows automatically take up the whole screen when you open them.

My cat has random bouts of craziness where he just flips the fuck out. Fortunately he has no front claws so he doesn't do any permanent harm. He's also deathly afraid of other animals.
