Current mood: angry

I am going over the Daniel Quinn books over and over. I refuse to read anything that is not directly related to the overpopulation problem and global warming. I am searching history for clues that could save the planet. I still am baffled why this is happening. It seems impossible. I am awaiting some nature videos that I ordered.

Guys, I went to the bookstore to relax, you know? Take it easy and the reflect on my life. I didn't mean to stumble on the book of the century. To be honest, the Daniel Quinn books are what I have been looking for for the better half of my life.

I remember a question I posed to a religious friend some time ago, that if we were all "meant" to act a certain way, then why do animals act the way they do? Why do they die? Can't they be "saved" as well. What I got was a definite "no,"

I absolutely hate it when someone tells me "no" or "it can't be done" or "that's just the way it is."

I think the issue is that he was becoming loud, and verbally abusive to passerbys at around the 30 second mark. While i agree that he has the right to say what he wants to say, when he starts infringing on other people's rights to enjoy themselves, then it needs to be stopped.. but not necessarily like this. Also, I find the cuts/edits rather peculiar.

yeah.. i read it, but i still can't ignore the fact that CN pushes their own political agenda through reddit. most of us can agree that the admins rock, and the owners fucking suck.

They sell ad space to political groups they agree with, and deny ad space to groups they disagree with. It's their choice. It's also my choice to visit, and contribute less often... no matter how much damage control they do.

This makes me sad, reddit. I loved you. I use you a lot. I even paid for you.

Just add this to the list of shit helping reddit's demise.. the influx of diggers.. the subreddit censorship.. gold.. etc..

HackerNews is the new reddit (although it's apple bias is sickening). The intellectual, mature, and relevent coments there remind me of what reddit was 3-4 years ago.
