I'm going strong, 12 days in Keto. But I've started to get some pretty bad heartburn after meals. Anyone else have this problem/know how to fix it?

Did you eat anything unusual? I feel like I'm eating things that would never usually give me heartburn like eggs and cheese and then I'm getting bad heartburn. I did have a glass of wine last night. I'm not sure if that would do it or not, especially the next day.

With this person, it sounds like they heartburn from eating anything with olive old. I'm not sure if it's something specific that's triggering it. Yesterday I had 2 scrambled eggs with a little cheese on them for lunch and it gave me heartburn. Today for lunch I had some broccoli with ranch to dip it in, and I had a small piece of cheddar cheese with it. Maybe it has something to do with the cheese? It's been happening on and off for the past week or so. I'm almost done with my second week of keto.

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for. We're having a small wedding (20-30 people) so it seems silly to get a huge photographer package with multiple people and all that jazz. But that seems to be what's offered at most places.

Cool, sounds good. Seeing some pictures of people would be nice. We're planning to have the wedding on May 12th but we're still waiting to hear back from the venue. Our back up date right now is may 19th but i think the 12th is going to work out fine.

Your pictures are great. I'm having a small (20-30 people) wedding and we're trying to not spend a ton. Do you think you might consider giving it a shot or are you not interested in going it alone? I'm an amateur photographer myself and I just need someone to be there to take pictures so that I'm not trying to take pictures myself all day. Nothing is set in stone but it'd be nice if I could consider you!

These are my buddies, Cory and Trevor. They're 3 and I love them, and so do my two kitties who love to watch them swim around. I got them in china town in new york when they were about an inch long and now they're about 5 inches long. I'm proof that you can get a turtle from china town that survives.
