He wasnt a "badass" or hardcore as fuck, Or even intense. He was a fool, who had romantic ideas of what being alive means. He was the exact opposite of the words you just said.

Badass would be working 9-5 for 30 years while still being a loving father and husband. This kid stabbed a (nice?) guy, then said a quote he could hardly understand, then committed suicide.

Why do I say he could hardly understand? Because he was fucking 17. He hardly got out of diapers and puberty before he did this. He did not feel his bones and flesh get old.

This was a child who was brainwashed into doing something. He was tricked, hoodwinked, fooled... It is easy to succumb to violence, you see it happen in the "wild" every second by beasts who rely only on instinct. It takes a human at their best to negotiate and rely on diplomacy.
