none really. it is a question i have grappled with for sometime,

i have huge enduring admiration and respect for amir/nefario for putting it out there and just putting his balls on the line because he believes in freedom, bitcoin etc.

but due ot the one man nature iof his band and the technical problems it's beena real cross to bear for the guy.

the only reputable guy is a guy selling shares in his fund and even he doesn't really publish any good reporting.

GLBSE is unfortunately a problem of interest and extremely cool bleeding edge design. any organisations like IBB are not willing to front and shepherd IPO's and guarantee a security because they have verified identities legal papers etc. this is probably more to do with actual law/SEC. rather than the fact these great people are lazy or fearful

this means that there are no real "securities" since all you did was buy a digital contract similar to Eve online. i donlt see anyone beig able to seriously complain to SEC/FBI when scammed online in a video game. add to that the price is pegged to bit coins which fluctuate wildly anyway making it difficult investment to really assess risk/reward for.
