I think it's a mixture. A lot of foods I think of as gross and if I put in my mouth I'll gag. A lot of foods just seem bland or I just don't like the taste. I've tried a lot of foods to see and even things that sound like they would be good, like 'Applewood Roasted Honey Ham,' I'll try and just think it's not that great and rather not eat it.

Nothing seems appetizing and it's all too often I'll go all day without eating or even thinking about. There is no discomfort from foods I just don't think they taste good or have eaten so often I can't even think about it. Once in a while I'll get a craving for a nice steak or a good cheeseburger but that's maybe once every few months, or maybe I'll get a sweet tooth and want a candy bar.
