The problem is, you didn't debunk anything and you didn't say anything in regard to 2:18. 2:18 DESTROYS your argument.

If, as you say, animals could have been created before man then why is man alone? Why is there absolutely no mention of animals in Genesis 2 prior to 2:19?

In Genesis 2:5 it says God creates plants but explicitly states man does not exist yet. This puts the lie to your argument that everything was made all at once. In fact, it goes on to say that trees are created separate from plants. Again, why the clear step by step process if everything were created at once?

It's a clear progression, I can't help it if you can't comprehend a simple order of events or if your theology prevents you from seeing what's plainly there on the printed page.

2:19 "And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field."

Man was alone, God formed animals out of the ground, man is no longer alone.

See how that works? It's basic progression of events.

You intentionally ignore Genesis 2:18, which forces me to conclude you're disingenuously ignoring it intentionally or I didn't go slow enough.

18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

See... man is all alone because no animals have been made yet to keep him company.

19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Because God decided it wasn't a good thing Man is all alone he, in the very next verse, creates animals to be with him.

It says, quite clearly, that man was ALONE and as a result God created animals. (Going on to say that animals weren't good enough, and created Woman.)

This contradicts Genesis 1 not once, but twice. First, creating man before animals, and second, having a separate creation for woman. In Genesis 1:27 God creates man and woman at the same time.
