Netflix works for me, just sign in when asked, it won't work and the screen will eventually go away (in Canada anyway)

I normally do 3 gallon boils then top up to 5 with water. This time I topped up with ice and water. Shouldn't that be the same in the end?

I told him that I was just going to steep these grains then sparge with hot water. He said that the flaked wheat would need to be mashed. I didn't quite get it, but he seemed to know what he was talking about.

It never occured to me to be honest. I think I had seen my dad use the plastic as his primary and I just stuck with that.

Next batch will go in the glass carboy with the airlock I think. Thanks for the advice.
