10 Reasons to Mountain Bike in the Dark by mtbgregin MTB

[–]jdhawk 0 points1 point ago

Bad line (I knew it when I took it), too fast, down a ledge.

did a full endo and free fell 10-15 feet before impact. my arm got caught at a funny angle on impact (hit mostly chest/face first) and ended up snapping.

A Hot To For Her: Cooking the perfect steak inside by nosoup4mein howto

Add way way more crushed pepper.

Deglaze pan with Cognac or whatever you want, stir in cream and reduce to make sauce.

You now have Steak Au Poivre. French sounds fancier.

Glad you're doing it for the right reasons now. Incredible how you can start something amazing on misplaced motivations, only to realize later how fucked up it really was.

While your weight loss is an amazing feat, your mental transformation is the real accomplishment. Congrats on reinventing yourself.

What was the breaking point for you where you woke up and said, "Fuck It, I'm not living this way anymore"?

I'm always interested to hear peoples real motivations for losing weight, in an attempt to help others experience the same breakthrough moment.

Ha, 6'6 - 190...so tall and rail thin, but close. I also have an abnormally long torso and narrow shoulders.

Yeah, MTM shirts are the best affordable solution I've found to date. Jantzen Tailor (Chinese), and Nialma (Hong Kong) are the ones i've tried, with Nialma making a better quality product, but with a bit more variability in the fit, while Jantzen makes a cheaper product that is a bit more consistent.

I'm a big fan of the Canon Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II (and Canon MX all in ones for daily printing)

I dont feel like Canon aims to rip you off with Ink prices nearly as much as other brands.

Use butternut squash, which I've heard is what goes into canned pumpkin most of the time anyways.

Remove the seeds & pulp.

Steam or bake them till they're "cooked", scoop out the cooked flesh.

Blend it smooth, use in place of canned pumpkin.

As someone who is very akwardly shaped compared to the standard clothing model, i say HURRY UP.

I'm tired of getting hit or miss results with MTM companies based on inaccurate or misunderstood measurements.

Helps w/ the consistency.

Take away the helmets, or make them less protective. You'll solve a lot of this shit.

Better protection just means bigger and bigger hits.

Find yourself an air compressor (not a wimp ass can of compressed air) and attach a blow gun to it.

Now spray the shit out of the air vents on the undercarriage of your laptop.

I had an old Latitude that was slow as shit due to overheating, did this, it erupted a mushroom cloud of dust, and now its back to normal.

What's really shocking about this is that intel is able to charge a larger price for a smaller die. Not only are they sapping up huge market share, but they're also making more/chip.

Ouch.
