Unfortunately the holster and which gun to pick is very very subjective. How will you carry? I use 3 different holsters depending in what im wearing that day.
Which is the most comfortable grip out if those guns. They are all good but I am crap with that sig for example. Its still good but I wouldn't buy it. I am best with the CZ. As for the CHL depends on your state. Some states have open carry, some states like here in Texas have relatively loose carry laws. Ie we can carry in the truck with no CHL at all. Given that you sound young and are starting out with all of this it could be a good idea in that you learn when it's ok to shoot folks in your state and if you do what will happen to you, even if you're justified.

In all honesty, it could have something to do with the fact that cali (esp bay area cali) has protests all the time. that's not considered news in most places. If it were atlanta or cleveland it may be different. I suspect there is also a degree of the government telling them to ignore it and pretend it's not happening. head in the sand.

Sorry to hear it. Motorola makes garbage I am afraid. this is not going to be great help to you other than knowing you aren't alone. I got sick of the crashes, lag and instability of my moto droid pro and just got rid of it. I am actually going to take it to the range for target practice (no joke) that is how good it was. The problem is that layer they put over android. Motoblur, it just screws it all up. I suspect you don't have enough memory available on that phone to cash the play back either. but that is just a guess. In short, best way I found to deal with moto was to simply get rid of it.
