I did that too! Looking at it as a whole was so overwhelming in the beginning, but a bad week is bound to happen but keep you're head up and I'm sure you'll do great :) good luck :)

Yes! Haha sometimes I still misjudge a gap and think I can't get through but i slide right between... So weird.

I have a different mindset for eating entirely, I used to be so embarrassed to even just talk about my favorite food in front people. I was so afraid of the judgement. But now I'm comfortable eating in front of anyone haha I'm glad you're getting comfortable too! My loose skin is there... Minimal but there i wish I would shrink but I'm afraid it won't haha I'm in the same spot I would probably spring for a tummy tuck if it doesn't shrink after a while.

Yeah! My appetite grew but my cravings for all my old vices went away almost completely, I used to have dreams about eating pasta and popcorn. And even though I wanted to eat and my appetite was crazy. I would crave like a big ass salad or grapes.

thank you! and I was kind of scared to have excessive loose skin but same as you it was for more than just my own vanity. If you do it slow and in a healthy way it shouldn't be too bad <-- at least that's what someone told me and it seemed to have worked. and good luck to you :)

thank you! :) and it is still SO weird to stare at myself in a mirror. I know how you fell though I kind of fell the same, it really is hard to to shake that "fat kid" mentality. I feel it more if I have a bad day or something I feel like that same awkward fat girl lumbering around. I'm still working on it too but more and more frequently I feel like the new me and practically dance everywhere haha

thank you :) It took like a year and a half to loose the majority. At about 170 I slowed down a lot... not voluntarily but I started working on my brain as well as my body and got the rest off in another year or so

Thank you :) I've had a little trouble with loose skin... Mainly right above my belly button and just a little saggy below the belly button too. I'm hoping with some more gym time it'll shrink
