1800+. I always keep my breakfast and lunch the same, it's just dinner that varies. Being only 15, I don't decide what is made for dinner, but it usually something sort of healthy. Grilled chicken, pasta, etc. If I don't meet atleast 1800 from that, I'll eat another snack, or have a bowl of cereal, or something else. I'm pretty sure I'm not anorexic.

I have looked into chain gyms, and they all require me to be over 18. As far as small, privately owned, non-chain gyms: The boxing place I signed up for was the closest one to us, in walking distance, and in a pretty safe neighbourhood; whereas any other place I would have to take the bus, and travel through some of the more 'bad' neighbourhoods in the city. IIRC, my dad found a YMC near us, but I still have to check it out.

If I did work out the last two months, all I could have done would be with dumbbells, but in all honesty, I think I was just being lazy. For the first two weeks, I had a hard cast from my upper thigh down to my ankle. Once that was taken off, I had a splint from my lower thigh to my ankle. And then after I built up enough muscle in right leg (lost all of it due to the cast) to be able to walk without too much support, I started going to physical therapy so I could bend my leg knee. Then two weeks ago, I was able to start boxing.

I always watch my calories carefully, and make sure I eat enough of them. But, if I can convince my mom to take me to our pediatrician, I'll get checked out.

I'm pretty sure I get enough sunlight. I go outside with friends alot; we just don't play sports. Thanks anyway.

The main problem with the difference is maxing out, but if lift small, I think I might be fine. I'll definitely check it out. Thanks!

That one doesn't work either; I can't get a correct estimation because I'm under 18. Thanks anyway though.

The school I go to recently expanded and this is only the second year there's been a highschool. Right now, we're in a different school that we're renting. There's going to be a new building next year, but it wont be completely finished. They don't offer PE for first and second year classes, so a gym and weightroom will probably be the last thing built.

I recently joined a local boxing gym, but it seems to be the equivalent of a 'mcdojo'. The guys who own it let me borrow a pair of gloves for my first class, but then told me I can't do anything until I have my mom drop $80 on a pair that we have to buy from them. My mom already bought me $15 wraps (which were marked $6.95), and then they pressured her into buying a $20 t-shirt which I don't even have to wear (they said it was required for class). After all that, my mom hasn't had the money for the gloves, and the last 3 times I went, all they had me do was foot work. And, to top it off, they let watched me do the foot work wrong for the first 2 classes, and decided not to correct me until the 3rd class.

My mom signed a 1-year contract on the assumption her separated husband (my father) would pay $80 a month for it. I can opt-out within the first 3 months if I want to (my dad has no problem with this), where my dad would only have to pay for 6 months instead of 12, but I'm too scared to do this. He said he it would be okay if I opted out, but I've already tried every sport, and didn't continue because of my asthma and leg problems.

Anyway, thanks for the link to the site, I didn't know about it.

What program did you do? Are there any programs that exclude barbells? I own one, but because of my hemihypertrophy, I am uneven in strength, so I assume using a barbell much would only hurt me in the long run.

I don't think I am anorexic. After reading this: I don't starve myself, unless you consider eating healthy starving (like my father does), and if I do binge eat, I don't make myself vomit, and I don't take laxatives. I'm definitely skinny, but not anorexic skinny.

I don't have a lifting program, but I agree when you say I need one. Before my knee surgery, I curled and did triceps extensions with dumbbells, did pushups, and did planks. I only started doing that because I wasn't able to play sports, and a friend of the family suggested weight lifting.

I received a barbell set as a Christmas present, but haven't been able to use it much because of my surgery. I'm not sure if I should use it or not, though... Because of my hemihypertrophy, my right arm is alot stronger than my left. I've been weight lifting for a while, but stupidly. Instead of lifting as the same on both sides, I lifted heavier on my right. I'm obviously stronger than I use to be, but not even on both sides.

My mistake. I've posted on bodyfat friday multiple times, got no responses, so I have deleted the pictures/posts since then.

Only if you don't mind: 1024x768 would be perfect, but I think anything smaller than that would also be fine. I tried resizing it myself, but I only have MS Paint so it came out very badly.

If I'm not mistaken, I saw something similar in a video. Basically, when you go to telegrab it drags you in. Here's an example of it: video

What exactly do you want tips on?... It looks like you can't focus on one skill; my suggestion is start doing Slayer tasks to train your combat skills and make money whilst getting a 99.

Edit: It looks like you tried focusing on Fletching but got bored or distracted and went and trained all of your other non-combat skills up to 60-70ish... (just taking a guess)

Definitely any of the Studio Ghibli films; Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away tie for my favorite though.
